That approx. 6000 m² large, park-similar property, on which in the year 1993 the established pension is, is limited to the rear by a beautiful beech forest and closes forward with view of the small railroad line " Molli" to the lime tree avenue on. In the inner court an autoparking area sufficient for all guests is present.

The pension is ideal for bicycle ramblers: It is directly because of the cycle track from bath Doberan after holy dam. Up to the beach there is only 15 bicycle minutes.
